If you are applying for finance, we may also collect details such as the ages and number of your dependants, employment details, and proof of earnings and expenses.
Additionally, we may collect credit information, such as your repayment history, outstanding finance, and any defaults. Credit information is often exchanged between credit providers and credit reporting bodies.

If you apply for any insurance products through us, we may also collect health information, which will only be collected with your consent.

Why we collect your personal information
We collect your personal information to assess your application for finance, manage that finance, and maintain our relationship with you. We may also use your information for direct marketing and to offer you other products and services from time to time.

We may disclose your personal information to other organisations that provide products or services used or marketed by us, or to organisations that have or are considering having an interest in your finance or our business.

How do we collect your personal information?
Where practical, we will collect your personal information directly from you. We may also collect your personal information from:

Your representatives and advisers (e.g., accountants, lawyers, financial planners)
Referral sources and direct marketing events
Credit reporting bodies, court judgements, bankruptcy searches, and other search providers.

If we collect unsolicited information, and it is determined that we do not need it, we will destroy or de-identify the information. For unsolicited employment-related information (e.g., CV or resume), we may keep the information for future employment opportunities.
